The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) and Microsoft have unveiled a multi-billion dollar OneGov agreement aimed at accelerating artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud modernization across the entire federal government. This sweeping strategic partnership between Microsoft and GSA will provide U.S. agencies with unified pricing and steep discounts for Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure Cloud Services, Dynamics 365, Sentinel, and Entra ID Governance—unlocking a projected $3.1 billion in taxpayer savings in the first year alone and over $6 billion across three years.

Microsoft 365 Copilot will be offered free for up to 12 months to all Microsoft G5 customers, providing vital AI assistance for secure federal environments.

Eligible workloads will access Dynamics 365 at no cost for up to a year, while Azure, Sentinel, and monitoring solutions receive deep discounts.

All agencies can opt-in to these deals until September 2026, with discounted pricing locked in for up to 36 months.
