- General fixes: Addressed underlying issues causing shutdown and hibernation failures in previous flights.
- File Explorer improvements: Resolved various issues in File Explorer, including missing acrylic background in context menus, icon misplacements, memory leaks, and stability issues.
- Sudo functionality: Fixed issues related to enabling sudo under System > For Developers that were not working for some Insiders.
- Windows Security: Rectified a high-hitting Windows Security app crash reported by users in the previous flight.

- Gaming note: Most popular games should now work correctly in the latest Insider Preview builds. Users are encouraged to provide feedback on any gaming-related issues.
- Rollback investigations: Microsoft is investigating reports of rollbacks (with error code 0xC1900101) during the installation of recent builds.
