- Education sector: Alef Education demonstrated its AI-powered learning solutions, including the Alef AI Tutor, which has improved student outcomes by 12.1% within a single academic year. The platform currently serves over 1.1 million students worldwide.
- Utility services: Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has emerged as one of the first global utilities to implement Microsoft 365 Copilot technology, enhancing operational efficiency through natural, human-like interactions.
- Financial services: First Abu Dhabi Bank introduced its FAB Wealth RM AI Advisor tool, which provides enhanced portfolio insights and personalized investment recommendations, significantly improving frontline productivity and client service delivery.
- Retail innovation: Al-Futtaim’s Blue AI platform, integrated within the Blue lifestyle app, has successfully engaged over five million customers in its first year, offering personalized brand interactions and smart lifestyle guidance.
