XBOX is lining up another busy stretch for Game Pass subscribers, with a mix of day-one indies, big-name shooters, sports titles, and a classic skateboarding revival all landing between mid-June and early July. While players are still digesting everything announced at the recent XBOX Games Showcase, the latest XBOX Game Pass Wave 2 Wire update confirms what you can actually download and play next with your subscription.
In the new XBOX Wire post, Senior Community Lead Megan Spurr highlights a slate headlined by EA Sports FC 26, spooky co-op road trip sim RV There Yet?, Metroidvania Winds of Arcana: Ruination, and the return of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4, alongside fresh content drops for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Sea of Thieves. XBOX also continues to push its “Play it Day One with XBOX Game Pass” message, reinforcing that many of the games shown on stage are heading straight into the library as soon as they launch.
Available today with XBOX Game Pass Wave 2: Junkster kicks things off
Starting June 16, subscribers can jump into Junkster on cloud, XBOX Series X|S, handheld, and PC with Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. This day-one release is a 3D action platformer where you play as UM-13 (“Um”), a small construction bot who has crash-landed on a hostile junkyard planet. Armed with a robo-wrench and a clever building mechanic, you’ll be scavenging scrap, repairing your ship, and recovering a cargo hold’s worth of lost human artifacts while fending off local threats.
Junkster leans into creative traversal and construction as much as combat, giving platformer fans something new to try while they wait for the next wave of bigger releases to arrive later in June.
Coming soon: Call of Duty, EA Sports FC 26, Abyssus, and RV There Yet?
On June 17, Call of Duty: Vanguard joins Game Pass on cloud, console, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass members. Set during World War II, Vanguard spans multiple fronts, from dogfights over the Pacific and airborne assaults in France to tense sniper duels in Stalingrad and battles across North Africa. The Game Pass version includes the full package: Campaign, Multiplayer, and Zombies.
Just a day later on June 18, EA Sports FC 26 hits EA Play, which is bundled with XBOX Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. That means football fans can experience the latest entry in EA’s franchise at no extra cost beyond their subscription. EA Sports FC 26 arrives on The Play List with a Supercharge Pack available from June 18 to July 17, plus recurring rewards like Ultimate Team Draft Tokens and seasonal Clubs bonuses. Members also get the usual 10% discount on EA digital purchases.

On June 25, things move underwater with Abyssus, coming to cloud, XBOX Series X|S, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass. This brinepunk-flavored, co-op-friendly FPS roguelite drops you into the submerged ruins of a lost civilization. Expect fast-paced gunplay for up to four players, highly customizable weapons, and hundreds of power-ups as you push deeper into hostile depths.
Rounding out the June arrivals is RV There Yet? on June 30 for cloud, XBOX Series X|S, and PC with Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass. What starts as a relaxing road trip home through Mabutts Valley quickly goes sideways, and not everyone who enters the area makes it back out. You’ll be juggling survival and resource management—serving burgers, administering antidotes, and using EpiPens—to shepherd your crew safely back to Route 65.

Early July: Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 and Winds of Arcana
July opens with a heavy nostalgia hit. On July 2, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 joins Game Pass Premium, adding to its existing availability with Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. This collection revives two of the most beloved entries in the franchise with modern enhancements: more skaters, new parks, updated tricks, and a fresh, loud soundtrack. If you grew up chasing high scores on Warehouse or memorizing combo lines, this is a chance to revisit that era with a modern polish pass.
Then on July 6, Winds of Arcana: Ruination arrives for cloud, console, handheld, and PC through Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass. This story-driven, fully voiced 2.5D action Metroidvania follows Aryn as he sets out to rescue his comrades in a world shattered by mysterious forces. You’ll wield powerful magic, confront dangerous enemies, and explore the remnants of a sundered realm while slowly uncovering deeper lore and the forces shaping Aryn’s destiny.

In case you missed it: June’s earlier arrivals
Alongside the newly announced titles, XBOX is flagging a few notable games that recently joined or returned to Game Pass earlier in June. The Elder Scrolls Online expanded its availability on June 2, now included with PC Game Pass in addition to Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and Game Pass Essential. With free seasonal content every three months and the return of the Thieves Guild in Season One, there’s plenty for MMO and Elder Scrolls fans to dig into.
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, Team Ninja’s demon-infested Three Kingdoms action RPG, came back to Game Pass on June 7 for cloud, console, and PC. It offers lightning-fast combat, deep character customization, and a darker twist on the Han Dynasty setting. Beatdown City Survivors joined Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass on June 10, bringing a chaotic survivors-style roguelite set in a decaying, fully destructible city. Expect bizarre weapons (like pigeons riding boots), environmental hazards, and a roster of offbeat characters to unlock and upgrade.
The long-awaited 1.0 release of 33 Immortals landed on June 11 for cloud, console, and PC with Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass. The full version includes all three regions, a final boss encounter, new challenges, and expanded customization as you and dozens of other players band together in a co-op action-roguelike rebellion “against the wrath of God.”
Game updates and in-game perks
A couple of major live games are also getting fresh content. Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Season 04 is available now for players on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, introducing new multiplayer maps across varied locations, reimagined classics from earlier Black Ops titles, fresh weapons and gear, and a new roguelite mode for Zombies fans.
Sea of Thieves Season 20 arrives on June 18, bringing the new Custom Seas feature to console and PC. Custom Seas effectively hands the rulebook to players, letting you define your own Sea of Thieves experience: set game rules, spawn enemies and items, and capture the chaos using a robust Free Camera mode. It’s a powerful toolkit for content creators and groups that want tailored sessions rather than standard open-world voyages.
Game Pass members also get a slate of in-game benefits. In Goals, a competitive football title available across cloud, XBOX Series X|S, handheld, and PC for all Game Pass tiers, subscribers receive a monthly Player Pack with six Uncommon Players (one attacker, two midfielders, two defenders, and a goalkeeper) to kick-start team building. Where Winds Meet, an open-world Wuxia action-RPG, is offering a core reward bundle that includes 90,000 coins, six Attunement Stones, and more for Game Pass members. And on July 7, World of Tanks: Modern Armor will roll out an exclusive bundle for cloud and console players on Game Pass, packing XP boosters for commanders and vehicles to help you progress faster on the battlefield.
EA Sports College Football 27 is also getting a spotlight: starting July 2, Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can dive into a 10-hour EA Play early access trial on console. Any progress made in the trial carries over to the full game if you buy it, and subscribers save 10% on EA digital purchases, including College Football Points.
Games leaving Game Pass on June 30
As always, some titles are rotating out of the Game Pass library at the end of the month. On June 30, the following games will leave Game Pass on cloud, console, and/or PC:
Mecha Break
Payday 2 (console)
Rise of the Tomb Raider (cloud, console, and PC)
Tomb Raider (cloud, console, and PC)
Slay the Spire (cloud, console, and PC)
Ultimate Chicken Horse (cloud, console, and PC)
Volcano Princess (cloud, console, and PC)
Unpacking (cloud, console, and PC)
If any of these are in your backlog, now is the time to either wrap them up or take advantage of the XBOX Game Pass discount to buy and keep them before they roll out of the catalog.
