XBOX is expanding its 25th anniversary celebration with a new collection of licensed accessories from Razer, 8BitDo, Backbone, PowerA, and GameSir. The Designed for XBOX 25th Anniversary Collection is now available to pre-order, bringing back the translucent green look associated with the original XBOX console while adding modern PC, mobile, and handheld gaming gear.
The lineup includes a Razer gaming mouse, mechanical keyboard, wireless earbuds, an 8BitDo charging dock, a collectible Backbone mobile controller, a sling bag for ROG XBOX Ally devices, and a GameSir mobile controller.
Razer’s Translucent Green XBOX Gear
Razer is releasing three special-edition accessories as part of the anniversary collection: the Basilisk V3 Pro 35K gaming mouse, BlackWidow V4 75% mechanical keyboard, and Hammerhead V3 X HyperSpeed wireless earbuds.
The Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K – XBOX 25 Anniversary Edition is a wireless ergonomic mouse with Razer’s Focus Pro 35K Optical Sensor Gen-2 and a configurable four-way scroll wheel. Razer says the mouse can deliver up to 140 hours of wireless battery life.
The Razer BlackWidow V4 75% – XBOX 25 Anniversary Edition is a compact, hot-swappable mechanical keyboard with Razer Chroma RGB lighting. It also includes an exclusive XBOX key that launches the XBOX Game Bar on PC.
For audio, the Razer Hammerhead V3 X HyperSpeed – XBOX 25 Anniversary Edition offers 2.4GHz Razer HyperSpeed Wireless and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. The earbuds are designed for mobile phones, tablets, and PCs, with up to 10 hours of playback per charge and up to 35 hours when including the charging case.
8BitDo Brings Back Transparent Green
The 8BitDo Ultimate Charging Dock for XBOX Controllers — X25 Special Edition gives XBOX Series X|S and XBOX One controller owners a special-edition place to charge their gear.
The dock uses the familiar translucent green anniversary design and supports compatible XBOX wireless controllers. It is a simple but fitting accessory for players building a 25th anniversary-themed XBOX setup.
Backbone Adds Blind-Box Mobile Controllers
The Backbone Pro XBOX 25th Anniversary Edition is one of the more collectible products in the lineup. Instead of allowing customers to choose a color, Backbone is selling the controller in blind-box packaging.
Buyers will receive one of three heritage colorways:
- Iconic Blue
- Bold Orange
- Crystal Clear
Each colorway is meant to reference early XBOX hardware and the brand’s original 2001-era identity. The blind-box approach means shoppers will not know which design they receive until opening the package.
Accessories for ROG XBOX Ally and Mobile Gaming
The collection also includes accessories focused on the growing handheld and mobile gaming market.
The PowerA XBOX Sling Bag is designed to carry the ROG XBOX Ally or ROG XBOX Ally X, along with a controller, headset, phone, and charging accessories. It includes four compartments, a padded main compartment with a movable insert, thumbstick protectors, cable pass-through, elastic mesh pockets, a breathable mesh back panel, and an adjustable crossbody strap.
Meanwhile, the GameSir X5 Lite for XBOX gives mobile players a translucent green controller option for iOS and Android. The officially licensed accessory also carries Apple MFi certification and is built to support XBOX Game Pass streaming on supported devices.
